Nguyen Thuy Lam Crowned 2008 Miss Universe Vietnam

Singer/actress Nguyen Thuy Lam was crowned 2008 Miss Universe Vietnam on May 31st at Nha Trang’s Vinpearl Land resort.
She received a $5,000 crown along with VND100 million ($6,060) and a $2,000 scholarship to study English. Thuy Lam will also represent Vietnam as the host contestant at the 2008 Miss Universe pageant in July.
She looks great. We actually have a shot at winning Miss Universe.
